- Blastoise acts as the team's bulky anchor, using Leftovers recovery while maintaining pressure with strong Water-type attacks.
Tips to Win:
- Electric-type Pokémon such as Raichu or Manectric can quickly deal with both of Cissy’s Pokémon.
