Strategy

Cissy specializes in strong Water-type Pokémon with excellent defensive coverage.

• Seadra is deceptively dangerous thanks to Focus Energy combined with Sniper, allowing it to land devastating critical hits.
• Blastoise acts as the team's bulky anchor, using Leftovers recovery while maintaining pressure with strong Water-type attacks.

Tips to Win:

• Electric-type Pokémon such as Raichu or Manectric can quickly deal with both of Cissy’s Pokémon.
• Grass-type attackers like Ivysaur or Lombre also perform well.
• Avoid setting up recklessly against Seadra due to its critical-hit potential.
