Route 6
Region Kanto
Connects Saffron City (North)
Vermilion City (South)

Route 6 is a route located in central Kanto. It serves as the southern gateway to Saffron City and the primary path leading into the port city of Vermilion City.

Description

Route 6 features a large pond in its center and several patches of tall grass. Like Route 5, the main gate to Saffron City is often guarded, leading many trainers to use the Underground Path to travel north. It is a scenic route favored by Picnickers and Campers.

Features

  • Underground Path: The southern entrance to the tunnel connecting Route 6 to Route 5.
  • Water Way: A central pond that allows trainers to fish or surf to find aquatic Pokémon.
