Mt. Moon is a mystical mountain located in northern Kanto, situated between Route 3 and Route 4. It is famous for being one of the few places where rare Moon Stones can be found and for its association with Pokémon from space.
Description
Mt. Moon is a multi-layered cavern system known for its complex tunnels and abundance of fossils. It serves as a natural barrier that trainers must navigate to reach Cerulean City. The mountain is inhabited by many nocturnal Pokémon and is a frequent target for Team Rocket operations.
Features
- Fossils: Ancient Dome and Helix Fossils are occasionally discovered deep within the lower levels.
- Moon Stones: Rare evolutionary stones are known to be hidden among the various rock formations.
