Battle Strategy
- Longevity and Sustain: Moltres is a defensive powerhouse at Boost Level 3. The combination of Roost and potential Leftovers recovery, paired with Heal Bell to clear status conditions, makes it very difficult to wear down through chip damage.
- Type Coverage: Hurricane provides high-neutral damage against most targets, while Flamethrower punishes Steel and Ice types that might try to switch in.
- Exploiting Weaknesses: Despite its defensive EV spread, Moltres remains 4x weak to Rock-type moves. Utilizing moves like Stone Edge or Rock Blast is the most efficient way to bypass its high defensive multipliers.
