Sprout Tower is a tall, wooden pagoda located in the northern part of Violet City. It is a place of worship and training for Sages who revere the legendary giant Bellsprout that is said to form the tower's swaying central pillar.

The Swaying Pillar
The tower is famous for its central support beam, which sways flexibly like a Bellsprout's stem. This architectural marvel allows the tower to withstand earthquakes and heavy winds.
Sage Li
Located at the top floor, Elder Li is the leader of the tower. Trainers who reach him and prove their worth in battle are traditionally rewarded with HM05 (Flash).
