Places of Interest

Safari Zone

The city's main attraction, located at the far north end. It is a massive preserve where trainers can catch rare Pokémon using specialized Safari Balls.

  • Admission: 500 Pokébucks for 30 blocks of time/steps.
  • Warden's House: Located in the city; finding the Warden's Gold Teeth is required to receive the HM for Strength.

Pokémon Zoo

A free outdoor exhibit located just outside the Safari Zone entrance.

  • Features: Displays rare Pokémon like Lapras, Kangaskhan, and Voltorb.
  • Information: Signposts provide lore and biological data on the exhibited species.

Move Deleter

A small house where a specialized NPC resides who can make a Pokémon forget any move, including HMs.

Buildings

  • Fuchsia Gym: An intricate gym featuring invisible walls and a Poison-type specialty. Historically led by Koga, and later by his daughter Janine.
  • Pokémon Center: Standard healing facility. In some versions, an NPC here offers to trade a Lapras or Fossil Pokémon.
  • Poké Mart: Standard shop for buying Poké Balls and items.
  • Warden's Cottage: The residence of the Safari Zone Warden (also known as "Slowpoke" due to his speech impediment).
